明治・大正時代に日本の石油王と呼ばれた中野貫一の邸宅です。親子2代で35年の歳月をかけて造園した12，000坪の広大な庭園「泉恵園」には、130種2，000本のもみじや、全国の銘木・名石が集められています。自然の姿を再現するよう築庭されており、秋には紅葉の名所として多くの人が訪れます。広大な敷地には主屋や土蔵など古民家が点在し、中野家収集の美術品や石油文化資料などが展示されています。

　Residence of Nakano Kanichi, the Japanese oil baron who lived from 1846 to 1928. Senkei-en is a vast garden of about 40,000 m² that was landscaped by two successive generations over 35 years. It showcases about 2,000 maple trees belonging to 130 species as well as noble trees and famous stones gathered from all over Japan. The garden was designed to reproduce the appearance of nature. Many people visit Senkei-en for its autumn leaves.
The main building and storehouses are located on the extensive grounds of the garden, which is also dotted with old houses. Artworks collected by the Nakano Family as well as oil-related materials are also on exhibit.
